Hi people just after the gym with my god daughter and who do we meet there. Guess ? Well WADE ROBSON and he was just a hair breath away form Yvonne. Too bad not able to get his autograph but anyway manage to see him in person. What was he doing at the gym you ask? He was actually giving an aerobic session at the gym Celebrity Fitness of which me and Yvonne are Diamond Members (life members).
Lucky huh having to meet a MTV star. Well just join Celebrity gym.
Well must not forget the orchids. For today we have a Cymbidium Bicolor sp. and it is found in South East Asia and also one in my house. A hardy orchid which enjoys full sun and free flowering . It is one orchid that any beginner can start with and with little care you can enjoy the beauty of its foliage and flowers.
There are about 3 varieties here in our country however the showy ones are hybrids and sold as cut orchids for display in hotel lounges and homes. This one just bloomed and will last 7 days.
